Foil Characteristics
Works well with both water based and oil based stains
Quick drying with air ventilation
Excellent absorption of water based stains
Can be applied to vertical or horizontal flat surfaces, curves, edges and contoured profiles

Stain preparation
After stamping, remove any dust of linton surface from the stamped area. Apply stains using soft clean cloth or thick brush. Wipe in the direction of the woodgrain, while blending light and dark areas to obtain uniform color. For the water-based stains, allow 10 to 15 minutes of drying time before applying the 2
nd
coat. For the oil-based stains, allow 1 hour prior to applying the 2
nd
coat. Dry time may need to be extended due to high humidity, low temperature area or inadequate air ventilation.
